PARKING: Any delays in parking may shorten the length of the performance time. PARKING FEES, such as Parking Garage Fees, will be added to the balance.
COVID: CLIENT acknowledges and fully assumes the risk of COVID-19 and hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE OKEY DOKEY ENTERTAINMENT LLC. IN REGARDS TO ANY COVID-19 RELATED INCIDENTS.
PERFORMER INFO: Client agrees not to solicit any performers directly and that all inquiries therein shall go through Okey Dokey Entertainment LLC. Client agrees not to share photos, texts, calls or Social Media- related info with performers.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the booking.
RAIN CANCELLATIONS: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS A PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN AGREED UPON WHEREBY THE CUSTOMER, BY PAYING A FEE, MAY RECEIVE A REFUND IN CREDIT for future entertainment on a mutually agreed upon date/venue. [Further Info upon request.]
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: although the reports of balloons as a choking hazard is extremely rare, we want your party to be as safe as possible. BALLOONS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR KIDS 4 AND OLDER AND THE CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT CHILD SAFETY, IN THIS REGARD, IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT AND THE PARENTS.
PARENTAL SUPERVISION: CLIENT AGREES THAT CHILDREN SHALL BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY A PARENT DURING INTERACTIONS WITH PERFORMANCES.
